Before registration, please read carefully our Terms and Condition if you accept it then proceed.

 

1.       Registration fees Rs:400 Which will be deducted from your first tuition fees collected by academy nominated person.

2.       Our commission will be 50% for the first month of tuition fees.

3.       If tuition is for the one month or lumpsum then 30% will be deducted.

4.       Full Fees will be collected by academy nominated person only for the first month, remaining fees teacher will collect himself / herself.

5.       Fees will be provided to the teacher after completion of first month.

6.       If Teacher cancel tuition OR not go for teaching OR Client complain for objective not complete then fees will be return to the client where commission will be divided among teacher and academy. (For objective matter guilty will be decided then action proceed for teacher safe side)

7.       Fees can be paid to the teacher if client confirm satisfaction on call.

8.       Teachers not allow to forward tuition details to any other person or third party. Only academy will provide tuition to the concern and no one else is allow to contact to the client. If we found any teacher that forwarding information to any other then academy has right to dismiss on the spot without any refund.

9.       Teachers not allowed to punish students by physical. Any physical violence will not tolerate by thy Academy If case of any violence client hold rights to take legal action for Teacher.

10.   If Teacher has any complain for students, immediately inform to the parents and Academy.

11.   Academy will take tuition updates, late response OR no response from teacher may cause cancel of tuition and also can cancel registration.

12.   On demo class, teacher must discuss with parents for class schedule, fees and requirements.

13.    Academy will take very serious action and will refer the matter to its lawyers and a police case may be filed against the fraudster if found teacher in;

·       Fraud with client / Academy

·       After taking advance fees not responding to the client / Academy

·       Misbehave with client / Academy

·       Any activity which causes inconvenience for client / Academy
